    £100,000 - £120,000 plus car allowance and bonus

    Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are renowned for working on London's most iconic projects.


    Due to excellent growth, they are now looking for a Commercial Manager to take the lead on a New Build Mixed Use development in London valued at £75m.


    The suitable Commercial Manager must be someone who has experience managing a project of a similar size and has a background of managing a team.

    Responsibilities

    You would be responsible for specifically this project in London overseeing the financial and commercial targets.


    Project Surveyor and commercial team properly understand the procurement process and targets in securing the services of Sub-Contractors/Suppliers/Design Consultants, including the requirement to produce formal documentation for accurate representation of the financial and contractual position of work packages.

    Reporting directly into the Head of Commercial, giving regular update on the progress of the project.

    Sub-Contractors and Suppliers are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of company Sub-Contract arrangements.

    Requirements

    Experience running a project of a similar size.

    Essential that you have worked for a Main Contractor.

    New Build experience.
