    Description
    Proaktive Beratung und Betreuung der Fach- und Führungskräfte eines festgelegten Betreuungsbereiches in allen personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten als zentraler HR-Ansprechpartner (m/w/d)
    Operative und administrative Personalarbeit von Einstellung bis Austritt (Bescheinigungs-, Vertrags- und Zeugniswesen, Personalaktenführung inkl. Stammdatenpflege)
    Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
    Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess
    Identifizierung, Konzeption und Implementierung von internen und externen Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte
    Betreuung von Projekten bezüglich New Work und Change Management
    Übernahme und Steuerung konzeptioneller Projektaufgaben, auch in Digitalisierungsprojekten im HR-Bereich
    Umsetzung und Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der HR-Prozesse
    Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit.
    Optimalerweise hast Du Projekterfahrungen im Bereich Learning & Development gesammelt.
    Du bist HR-Allrounder/-Generalist (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung in der operativen und konzeptionellen Personalarbeit.
    Darüber hinaus bringst Du fundierte Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht mit.
    Du hast große Freude und Interesse Menschen und Organisationen bei ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen.
    Du verfügst über eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Workflows und arbeitest prozessorientiert.
    Du bist mit sehr guten, interdisziplinären Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ausgestattet und besitzt soziale Kompetenzen, um mit allen Ebenen zu interagieren.
    Du verstehst Dich als absoluten Teamplayer und scheust Dich nicht Deine Kolleg*innen jederzeit zu unterstützen
    Abgerundet wird Dein Profil durch sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und den sicheren Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket.
