    Role Summary:

    We are in search of a highly experienced Non-Executive Director with extensive expertise in healthcare staffing on a national scale. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in procuring staffing services or overseeing major NHS staff banks. As a Non-Executive Director, you will offer independent oversight and aid in the strategic direction of HHIG. Your proficiency in healthcare staffing will play a vital role in helping our company achieve its growth targets through strategic talent acquisition and management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide independent judgment and insights on the company's strategic plans, particularly in healthcare staffing and talent management.
    • Utilize your experience to identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities in the healthcare staffing sector.
    • Assist the executive team in integrating and enhancing staffing solutions in acquired companies.
    • Offer perspectives on market trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape in healthcare staffing.
    • Ensure HHIG adheres to high corporate governance standards.
    • Act as a mentor and advisor for the executive team.
    • Participate in and contribute to monthly board meetings, leveraging your expertise to influence strategic decisions.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Extensive background in healthcare staffing at a national level, with a focus on staffing service procurement or leadership of major NHS staff banks.
    • Thorough understanding of the healthcare sector and its staffing requirements.
    • Demonstrated capability to evaluate and merge acquired businesses to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity and a commitment to top-tier governance standards.
    • Ability to dedicate 1 day per month to board meetings and associated duties.
