    Description
    Our Client Medway Council is looking for a Service Manager to join their Fostering and Adoption Team.

    Job Purpose:


    To have overall operational manager responsibility for the Fostering Service and work alongside social work and commissioning colleagues to develop and continuously improve the delivery of a high quality effective social work service that is informed by Signs of Safety practice models and that delivers good outcomes for children, young people and their families.

    To work collaboratively with colleagues across the Adoption Partnership South East.

    To contribute to the development and delivery of our ambitious new sufficiency plan, providing stability for our children in care and enabling them to live closer to their families.
