    The Senior HR Generalist will support the VP HR – Kinect & EMEA Commercial team with generalist HR activity across the EMEA based businesses and partner with HRBPs to ensure that HR priorities are supported.

    The role holder will work closely with business managers, acting as the first point of HR contact, ensuring that strategies are implemented that optimise compliance, talent retention, talent development and employee relations.

    The jobholder will also provide operational and best practice advice, facilitation, resolution and support for managers and colleagues on a variety of people issues including performance management, interpretation of terms and conditions, employment law, policies and procedures ensuring that business views are taken into consideration where necessary.

    Effective and proactive support for employee related issues including support for disciplinary & grievance, performance management and occupational health cases
    Workday activities
    Working with HRBPs on policy review, development and harmonisation across EMEA
    Supporting immigration and visa processes within the EMEA region
    Supporting HR projects as required
    Data analysis and dashboard creation
    Support the VP HR with administrative requirements
    Supporting managers with interpretation and implementation of policy and procedures
    Strong HR advisor experience gained supporting a UK wide business
    Strong HR generalist with strong experience in all areas of HR
    Up to date of knowledge of local employment legislation in allocated countries
    Data analysis and report creation
    Strong HRIS skills ideally Workday
    Additional languages desirable, specifically Norwegian, Hungarian, French
    High level of problem solving skills, with specific focus on developing new, creative and challenging ways of driving the people/HR agenda
