    Description


    HR Transformation Lead – 6 month contract - £600 - £800 per day Umbrella – London / Reading HybridThe intention is that a Joint Venture company will become an employing entity, with new personnel being employed by the new company and the current personnel providing a service to the Joint Venture will TUPE transfer.

    It is envisaged the company will be set up as an employing entity within a maximum of 4 months after the Joint Venture is established in June 2024.For all scopes of work, consultants would be expected to attend some meetings in person in London / Reading.

    The individual required to lead and implement in the set-up of a joint venture company as an employing entity, maintaining compliancy with the parent company audit requirements.


    This will include:
    The following are included in the scope of work:Creation of a plan to set up an employing entity.
    Setting the conditions for TUPE transfer into the company.
    Market salary benchmarking.

    Create an employee value proposition structure (inc a reward structure).Establish a HR services solution (inc payroll and tax, benefits, pension, allowances, reporting, holidays, disciplinary, expenses, employee lifecycle, HRIT etc).Create an employee relation model.

    Establish an onboarding, training, learning and development process (inc mandatory trg such as ED&I, IT/cyber training, H&S etc).Establish a recruitment process.

    Establish HR policies and procedures (GDPR compliance).Employers liability insurance.
    HMRC registration.
