- Provide technical expertise across the fleet of assets, specifically focusing on rotating plant & boiler systems.
- Supporting the wide project team with engineering & technical queries.
- Act as Mechanical Project lead
- Assist with financial control of projects.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and support with statutory inspections for PSSR and LOLER
- Ensure compliance through all phases of a project including design to supply, installation, commissioning and handover to asset teams.
- Ideally degree qualified with a Mechanical Engineering qualification
- At least five years working experience with steam raising & rotating plant.
- Previous work experience in a similar industry such as Power Generation, COMAH, Refineries, Steelworks etc
- Experience with management of CAPEX projects
- Able to travel to sites across the UK
- Capable of clear engagement across project teams & stakeholders
- Familiar with budget / procurement processes
- Up to £60,000 salary
