    WHAT WE ARE LOOKINGFOR
    Were on the hunt for a Business Director to join athriving social agency and lead the alwayson social team for a hugeglobal automotive brand. Commercially driven strategic withexcellent Client Service skills this role will oversee a team of 4suits and report to the Client ServiceDirector.

    WHAT YOUDO

    • You are an expert in social andinfluencer responsible for driving bestpractice and understandingof the role of social within our business and the 360 channelmix.
    • You build strong longterm clientrelationships with senior clients acting as a strategic partner andtrusted consultant.
    • You lead the team todeliver best practice account and project management and are astickler for process (but you also know when and how to bend therules)
    • You manage mentor and develop a team of45 account people leading from the front with a cando attitudedrive and ambition. Youre not afraid to roll your sleeves up.. butyou also love to empower your team with autonomy andsupport.
    • You take overall responsibility forthe successful delivery of all projects within yourteam.
    • You have a firm grasp of profitabilityand financial rigour and support the CSD with assessments of burnrates and overall financial reporting of your P&L eachfortnight.
    • You oversee the team in scopingsmaller projects and remits but personally responsible for thelarge annual retainer scoping and delivery.
    • Youperform a pivotal role in connecting dots across the businessensuring that campaign editorial and experiential projects aresupported effectively on social and that we approach everythingwith a social first mindset.
    • You are passionateabout growth and an expert at identifying new opportunities andconverting them. From organic growth to new serviceofferings.

    WHO YOUARE

    • Minimum 10 years in accountmanagement ideally 12 in a similar role ideally in integrated orsocial agencies. Experience working on automotive is aplus.
    • You have recent experience managingbusiness worth 3m.
    • Proven leadership and peoplemanagement skills with the ability to inspire and motivateteams.
    • A complete natural in presenting to bothclients and internal stakeholders.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildstrong relationships with clients andstakeholders.
    • Youre a born negotiator great atselling work scopes and ideas in a way that mutually beneficial forthe client and agency.
    • Youre an absolute expertwhen it comes to social you know the channels inside out and whatgreat looks like.
    • You have a genuine passionfor social and actively stay abreast of trends and social platformchanges and inspire inform and guide the teamaccordingly.
    • You are an inspiring leader whofosters a collaborative and resultsdriven culture leading ahighperforming team to achieve commongoals.
    • You have strong financial acumen andexperience in managing large agency and externalbudgets.
    • You are process oriented withexceptional organisational skills and attention todetail.
    • Youre happy to travel to meetings whenrequired (mostly in Munich likely once amonth).
    • You have experience working in amulticultural team with team members and colleagues in othermarkets.
    • You have excellent written and spokenEnglish proficiency in German is a hugeplus.
    • And last but not least You have an activeinterest in the automotive sector have an active driving licenseand are confident in driving new and unfamiliarcars.
