    VP of Sales - SaaS

    Company overview:

    The role:

    As VP of Sales, you will:

    • Lead, motivate, and coach Sales Managers and teams of SMB and Enterprise AEs.
    • Set challenging yet reachable KPIs and targets, working closely with teams to achieve them.
    • Implement proven methodologies to enhance sales performance.
    • Analyze data trends to provide insights for improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders during pre and post-sales processes.
    • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets.

    About you:

    • Demonstrated success in enterprise deal closures.
    • Experience in fast-paced SaaS startup/scale-up environments.
    • Management background with experience leading large teams and managers.
