    Job Title:
    Remote QA

    Team Lead Location:
    Remote (with teams based in Africa)

    We are looking for a Remote QA Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you will be pivotal in leading and managing our QA teams located across Africa, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

    You will coordinate with multiple project teams to define testing processes and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

    This position requires a proactive leader who can inspire remote teams and drive the QA strategy across diverse projects.

    Team Leadership and Management:
    Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams distributed across Africa, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Quality Assurance Strategy :
    Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and strategies aligned with company goals.

    Project Coordination:
    Coordinate with project managers and development teams to integrate QA processes into development cycles.

    Test Planning and Execution:

    Performance Metrics:
    Track and report on QA metrics and testing outcomes, using data to refine testing processes.
    Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices in testing to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

    Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as the main point of contact for quality matters with project stakeholders and upper management.
    Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to remain at the forefront of QA best practices.

    Experience :
    Minimum of 5 years in QA leadership, with proven experience managing remote teams.

    Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    Technical Skills :
    Proficiency with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA), test management software, and modern testing methodologies.
    Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex issues and training team members.
