    Job Title Director, Partner Account Executive - UKI Job Description The Director will be a key accountable party for maximizing the relationship and driving agreed upon revenue from a list of assigned Fintech Providers.

    This will entail overseeing and ensuring delivery – by both parties - of the contractual commitments within the Master Services Agreement.

    These include product enhancements the partner will deliver, service level standards they will adhere to and ongoing functional support.

    Sage's commitments to the partner are to deliver, as a result of GTM activities, increasing payments volume, whilst enabling Sage to achieve scalable new customer growth and accelerated revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Multi Year Strategy Planner - develop the strategy for their individual Fintech Partners that they manage
    • Identify& Engage active, high level executives at Sage & Fintech Partners to ensure corporate commitment & invest in each partnership
    • Create & execute detailed joint account plans with each Fintech partner to deliver outsized revenue and market leadership
    • Understand the Fintech partner's development organization and methodologies. Ensure that Sage technical resources document a joint development plan that is aligned with Business Units.
    • Create GTM plans to establish market leadership for Sage & Fintech partner by entering new markets and extending current customer base through co-selling, referrals, and reselling.
    • Envision and champion innovative, new joint solutions that significantly improves Sage's position in the market.
    • Work with the Sales "catcher" within Geo's and product to drive the channel sales teams Skills, know-how, and experience:
    • 8+ years of Business Development experience in the Payments & or Banking Industry
    • B2B payments solutions – domestic and international – knowledge and experience
    • Payments fintech sector knowledge and experience e.g. prior experience working with a Fintech disrupter preferably in the B2B segment
    • 'White label' and/or co-brand solution experience
    • Ability to remain agile and adapt to change.
    • Able to clearly articulate actionable feedback and guidance to senior stakeholders
    • Contract negotiation expertise
