    Description
    Sales Coordinator - Residential New Build Properties

    St Austell


    Day to day:
    Working with the whole team to deliver great customer service to potential customers
    Liaise with Solicitors, estate Agents etc on a daily basis
    Support the Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator on various tasks
    To be expected to work occasional evenings and weekends, when required to implement open days and launch weekends
    To report into project, build-sales and sales meetings for responsible schemes
    Maintain and promote company Health and Safety standards


    Requirements:
    Experience working in a simular role either in estate agency or new build (preferable)
    Good customer service skills
    Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable
    Good telephone manner
    Able to work as part of a team
    Driving licence to get to various sites
    Good IT knowledge e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
    Knowledge and understanding of how the legal conveyancing and property sales progression works
