    SaaS Product Manager – Dynamic Allocation - Birmingham/Hybrid - £80,000 & Bonus & BenefitsLocation: UK - Birmingham / Remote/Hybrid with periodic travel to various airport sites (anticipated 2 to 3 days at airport sites every 2 weeks)Our client are a software house dedicated to improving the way the world moves.

    The Role:
    They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager / Owner to lead the evolution and operational integration of our Dynamic Allocation System (DAS), having a real focus on the adoption of AI (ML) and setting the stage for future integration with Connected Autonomous Vehicles (CAV)


    Role Description:
    As a Product Manager for Dynamic Allocation, you will be instrumental in:● Data-

    Driven Innovation:
    Harnessing extensive data analytics to drive product development and optimisation, ensuring our solutions leverage data to maximise efficiency and effectiveness


    • Strategic KPI Identification:
    Defining and monitoring key performance indicators that align with our strategic objectives, enabling us to measure success and identify areas for improvement rigorously


    • Operational Insight and Integration:
    Gaining a deep understanding of our customers' operational processes, ensuring that our solutions are perfectly tailored to enhance their operational workflows and user experiences


    • Product Strategy and Development:
    Overseeing the product lifecycle from conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and adhere to our high standards of operational excellence


    • Cross-functional leadership:
    Collaborating with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to align product development with customer expectations and company objectives


    • Customer Engagement:
    Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, understanding their challenges, and positioning our products to solve their unique needs


    • Industry Advocacy:
    Representing the business at industry events, articulating the value and innovation of our Dynamic Allocation technology to a broad audience

    Candidate Profile:

    • Experience: Proven track record in product management, particularly within technology-driven projects. Experience in operational research, logistics, or automotive industries is highly desirable.
    Skills: Exceptional analytical thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for strategic planning and execution
  • Travel Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel and work across airports and operational sites as needed.
