Majority of their existing sales team, including Senior Managers have joined from a non medical sales background.
THE ROLE: Within hospitals, the successful Business Development Manager will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within a wide range of hospital settings - theatre, critical care, urology. cardiology, gynae, thoracics, anaesthesia and procurement in the main and contact level will be surgeons, consultants, nurses, ward managers and staff, matrons and engineers. Lots of growth will come from existing accounts as well as new ones and the beauty of this opportunity is the ability to reach out to multiple new arenas within each account. Full company and product training will be given and career / earning prospects are very attractive.
