- First point of contact for our Retailer Network, via phone and email.
- Provision of Corporate Identity advice through understanding CI and providing well written feedback.
- Management of small incentive budget and approval of payment based on key criteria.
- Regular review of websites using a pre-determined checklist.
- Basic reporting of finance and marketing asset uptake.
- Portal management, front and back end.
- Basic B2B communications.
- Marcomms creation and managing through our studio.
- Client liaison.
- Facebook and GDN management. What we want to see
- Strong administration & communication skills – with ability to use word, excel, in house systems and write basic B2B communications.
- Ideally an understanding of marketing fundamentals – strategy, planning, medias, Corporate Identity, creative, copy & measurement.
- Business relationship management – an ability to form relationships and generate trust.
- Financial acumen- ability to understand estimating, job value, purchase orders, invoicing & crediting.
