    Description
    Assistant Office Manager
    We are a local well established roofing company in Sutton, we are currently recruiting for an Assistant Office Manager.
    Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferably within the construction industry.
    Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite
    Answering a high-volume of incoming phone

    • Request quotations for raw materials from various supplier, negotiate costs, prepare purchase orders, and arrange delivery of materials to align with project deadlines.
    • Create risk assessments, method statements and COSHH sheets for projects.
    • Add customer and supplier invoices on accounts program (Sage) and reconcile accounts.
    • Requests engineers/subcontractors for job updates on daily basis.
    • Liase with clients, engineers, contract managers and subcontractors via phone/email.
