    Project Manager – London (NR, TFL & LU Projects)

    Salary:
    £,75,000 + benefits package

    We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work for a main contractor overseeing a major station upgrade based in North London.

    The Project Manager will be required to support the Tender processes as well as TFL / NR Projects based in London.

    Responsible for the business results of the project
    Project organisation and definition and regulation of responsibilities
    Communicate all project requirements to the project team
    Incorporate contractor service-providers in the project team and allocate and define work
    Organize the flow of information between the whole integrated project team members and third parties
    Implement the management system within the project team
    Lead HSQE management
    Approve Project IMS Plan and appoint duties
    Evaluate opportunities and risks
    Organise planning management
    Review and revision of contract programme
    Cooperate in the awarding of contracts to sub-contractors and suppliers
    Contract management and supervision of project progress
    Responsible for project controlling
    Change management process
    Identify and coordinate training requirements
    External depiction of the project in consultation with senior management.
    Represent the project to internal stakeholders with period commercial and delivery reporting

    Previous experience as a Project Manager on Network Rail projects (Stations, bridges etc.)
    Commercial, Financial, Project and Programme management experience
    Flexible to travel between Swindon and London as required
    Good level of numeracy and IT skills – MS Office, Word, Excel etc.
    Excellent organisation and time management skills
