    ERP Payroll Manager

    Fully Remote

    £450 - £550 - Outside IR35

    6 month contract

    Looking to speak with experienced ERP Payroll Managers to oversee all aspects of payroll processing within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, particularly Workday, and extensive experience managing payroll operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure the integration of payroll processes with other ERP systems.
    • Configure and maintain the financial module of Workday to support payroll operations, including tax configurations, earnings and reporting requirements.
    • Monitor payroll transactions, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to discrepancies or errors.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to payroll processing and ERP systems.
    • Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
    • Prepare and review payroll-related reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness for management and regulatory purposes.
