    Description

    Our products are scientifically proven to be effective and have been at the forefront of sleep science since 2004, with the belief that sleep is the first step in every skincare and wellness routine.

    All our products are cruelty-free, contain naturally derived ingredients, and are expertly blended without unnecessary chemicals.
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Graduate eCommerce Executive to join our dynamic eCommerce team.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting trading activities, maintaining website performance, and enhancing customer service excellence, with a focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and conversion rates.

    The Graduate eCommerce Executive will contribute to the growth and optimization of our online retail platform.

    Website Trading, Content & Reporting:

    Collaborate with the Trading Manager and eCommerce Analyst to monitor and report on trading, revenue, site search, PLP, content performance, product performance, and web KPIs.

    Annotate and analyze Google Analytics and Shopify data to optimize our marketing efforts.
    Evaluate and implement strategies to enhance the conversion rate and overall customer experience on our Shopify platform.
    Conduct ongoing SEO maintenance to ensure high visibility and search engine rankings.
    Support day-to-day website operations including merchandising, price updates, site maintenance, product launches, and content updates.
    Maintain website health through regular assessments, Hotjar reviews, and by addressing speed issues and bugs.
    Address any other ad-hoc tasks as required.


    • Handle customer inquiries via phone and manage the info box inbox efficiently during peak periods.
    Manage product reviews and support corporate web orders.


    Web Operations:
    Support the planning and execution of web operations including delivery, returns, and payment processes.
    Address stock-related issues and participate in warehouse planning meetings.
    Conduct website testing to ensure optimal functionality.
    Support the eCom analyst with all stock, inventory, and forecast-related administrative tasks.


    • Engage in major web technology projects and resolve significant incidents.
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, eCommerce, digital marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum of 1+ years of experience using Shopify and working within an Ecommerce/Online Trade team.
    Experience in online trading and familiarity with various web analytics tools like Hotjar, GA4, Triple Whale, etc.
    Essential knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in Google Analytics, including GA4.
    Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce practices, including merchandising, customer journey optimization, online marketing, and web analytics.

    Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    An agile team player with a proactive approach, capable of multitasking, effective time management, and showing initiative.
