Job Title : Senior HR Business Partner
Location : Flexible UK, Hybrid
Permanent – 37.5 hours a week - Monday – Friday

Your experience will support the development of two of our divisions, working with current and future teams across Germany, Austria and the UK.
We see Human Resources as People & Performance. As our Senior People & Performance Business Partner, you will work closely with two divisions of AB Agri as a key member of a cross functional team, covering a full range of activities including supporting the definition and implementation of our divisional people strategy, post-acquisition integration processes, payroll integrations, implementation of group policies and procedures, projects associated with reward and benefit frameworks as well as talent and development identification. Location
For this role we are looking for someone who has the ability to travel and support our teams in the UK, Germany and Vienna. Our UK offices are located in Peterborough, Monmouth, and Marlborough, along with our site in Germany, located in Keil. We are looking for someone who can work with a hybrid approach from at least one of these locations.
