    We are looking for a Senior Consultantwho has ideally undertaken work delivering health and social care construction projects or worked within healthcare related service improvement projects.

    Your role will be to support clients when making real estate investment decisions and delivering strategic estates transformation projects.

    We work with health and social care clients nationally to help NHS organisations to align their estate to future, system, clinical requirements that embrace service transformation, digital technologies and to enable more care at home or in the community.

    The successful applicant will ideally have knowledge/interest of planning, developing and delivering projects, preferably with experience within the healthcare sector.

    In addition, you will have supported the development of, or authored business cases and have an understanding of the business case development stages from Project Initiation to completion.

    You will be supported by our wider team to develop and deliver strategic estates transformation commissions to health sector clients.

    Relevant Industry qualification – Surveying, Engineering, Financial or Accounting
    Project or Programme Management experience
    Business Case writing skills or equivalent relevant experience
    Evidence of continuing professional development
    Project Management planning and organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    Knowledge of the HM Treasury 5 case model and experience of supporting business case development
    Project Management Qualification e.g. Experience of working as a project manager level in health or social care services
    Able to work flexibly and adapt to suit the changing requirements of the project
