Looking for a hands-on role where you can lead brand strategy and client relationships in the fast-paced world of creative marketing for healthcare clients?

We're hiring for an Account Director, with experience in delivering creative marketing work for healthcare clients, to join a growing healthcare communications business which offers a diverse set of services across medical communications, creative marketing and PR. The role will suit an Account Director seeking new opportunities where their enterprising mindset will be highly valued. This is a hybrid role where you'll be working 2 days per week from their office in Central London (near London Bridge).

You're a perfect fit if you possess:

Serious client service skills: you'll be a natural at maintaining and nurturing relationships, with many years of experience as a senior account manager or account director
Sleeves up, hands on: whatever you want to call it, you won't be fussy when it comes to getting stuck in to all sorts of tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of impactful work
A desire to nurture others: you'll be passionate about coaching and mentoring less experienced members of the team, helping them to develop their skills for the benefit of the agency and their future

What you'll do day-to-day:

Local, international: a mixture of clients and project types, with products in therapy areas like oncology and cardiovascular health
All things client service: leading accounts and the briefing process for new projects, contributing to client strategy and creative, overseeing projects and above all, ensuring the delivery of impeccable work and service
