- Work closely with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of our solutions.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a solutions consultant, sales engineer, or similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer intelligence, and social media landscapes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple terms for a non-technical audience.
