    Finance Business Partner (Assistant Manager)

    The Finance Business Partner - Assistant Manager, works with the client facing teams to drive financial literacy, to chase and embed good discipline around core business processes, and to design and monitor suitable KPIs.

    There is regular interaction with the business through distribution, analysis and actions from standard reporting.

    The team aims to embed a "comply or explain" approach with individuals at all levels throughout the business with regards to core processes.

    As a Finance Business Partner - Assistant Manager, within our Finance Business Partner team, you will support with:
    Finance and business reporting
    Maintenance of key processes and data

    Joining us as a Finance Business Partner - Assistant Manager, the minimum criteria you'll need is to be a newly or part qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA preferred) with previous finance analyst or management accounts experience.

    It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.

    Strong Excel skills
