    Enterprise Services Lead Engineer/Service Manager – Leeds – Up to £90,000

    What you'll be getting up to:

    The team is looking to hire an Enterprise Services Lead Engineer to join their global team at a time of huge growth and success for this team.

    This role is for someone who is a highly skilled and motivated individual.

    This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, drive service excellence, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to support their goals and objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the Enterprise Services engineers. Providing management through guidance, mentorship, and supporting all individual team members.
    • Supporting all office systems and network infrastructure and end user support services.
    • Collaborate with all other department and other team
    • Develop and implement team goals, objectives, and performance metrics to measure team performance, track progress, and drive continuous improvement
    • Be the primary point of contact for everything Enterprise Services. Providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and resolution when needed.
    • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of IT systems, infrastructure, and services to support business operations, ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials for IT service procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
    • Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives within the Enterprise Services team.
    • Assist/coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT services, solutions, and related services, ensuring compliance and optimal service delivery.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in-Service Delivery, Incident Management, Change and Problem Management Process.
    • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes, tools, and frameworks such as ITIL, including incident management, service request fulfillment and problem management.
    • Proficient working experience with event management systems and network/infrastructure/application monitoring tools.
    • Experience working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
    • Ability to demonstrate the value of changes introduced.
