    We are ETAS, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bosch Group and we develop software for the automotive sector in our centre of excellence in York.

    Provide administrative support to the project manager and team to keep projects running smoothly.
    Coordinate project setup and gather necessary documents for quality checks and releases.
    Track project progress and collect project data.
    Schedule meetings to coordinate project work.
    Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project plans and schedules.
    Ensure high-quality work by following standards and best practices.
    Support the Project Manager in assigning tasks o teams and assist with managing schedules, risks, and problem-solving.
    Implement automation using cloud technologies (e.g., AWS and Azure) for development and project management.

    In your first few months you will start out by shadowing and training with the project team, and once you are fully equipped with knowledge and understanding of the role, further responsibility will be passed over to you.

    Studying an undergraduate degree with a placement year included as a part of your course.
    Experience in coordinating a team / project support.
    Familiarity with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and similar project management tools.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    This position is open to undergraduates who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their degree course.
