    The Marketing Partnerships team collaborates with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions.

    As part of our overall marketing efforts, we partner with admired consumer brands to promote our titles and fuel fandom with creative marketing campaigns that drive outsized conversation.

    These partnerships allow us to unlock new channels, reward fans, and engage new audiences with unique ideas that neither brand could do without each other.

    Increasingly, brands are also interested in unlocking access to our owned channels as a part of these marketing campaigns, and with the launch of our Ad-supported tier, we are also building a range of Ads solutions that may form part of a broader package.

    This role will be at the forefront of establishing the output of our emerging integrated marketing and sponsorship offerings, which are new to Netflix and come on the back of our Ad-supported tier and our increasing ventures into live entertainment.

    The Integrated Marketing Solutions Manager will be part of a new team responsible for developing and packaging advertising sponsorships that support advertisers' growing demand for scalable solutions across our series, films and live events.

    You will work closely with our commercialization team to identify priority titles, build-out package or sponsorship elements across streaming, digital and social, assign pricing tiers and deploy the offerings to our sales teams.

    You will also develop relationships with our Scripted and Unscripted Content teams to proactively identify opportunities to build out bespoke integrated marketing programs and sponsorships tied to our regional series and films.

    This role will require a deep understanding of the content development process and production logistics as you will be a trusted resource for understanding which brand partners will be authentic to the creative vision of our IP.

    You will also work closely with key stakeholders in our Title Marketing, Social, Consumer Products, and other relevant areas of the business to ensure we are developing robust offerings to drive growth in our ad business.

    Develop best-in-class advertising solutions for brands to align with single title, custom ad formats and tentpole 'moment' sponsorships both proactively and in response to client RFPs

    Spearhead cross-functional collaboration, including but not limited to our Sales Commercialization, Content, Social, Audience Insights and Marketing organizations, to develop market-leading sponsorship and packaging opportunities.

    Identify priority series, films, events and experiences to bring to the marketplace.

    For example:
    integrations, branded content, social content, experiential activations and low-lift custom opportunities.

    Develop custom content opportunities with the Brand Partnerships & Integrated Marketing Leads across EMEA, both proactively and in response to RFPs.

    Oversee integrations into series and films.
    7+ years of proven experience in an integrated marketing function within the entertainment/media, advertising, or related industry.
    ~ Proven experience in Sponsorships and Packaging within the Streaming, TV or digital video advertising space, including a background in developing and maintaining tracking systems for sponsorship offerings.
    ~ Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver work under tight timelines.
    ~ Highly detail oriented and with a working knowledge of systems such as Salesforce and Air Table
    ~ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including synthesizing and structuring data and insights to tell compelling narratives
    ~ Strong understanding of the creative process from inception through production and execution. Experience working with development & production executives, showrunners and other talent to identify opportunities for integrated marketing programs.
    ~ A track record of building out content offerings across streaming platforms, social, digital and experiential touchpoints.
    ~ Passionate and curious about marketing, brands, and entertainment.
