    Salary:A competitive salary of £46,000 depending on the experience you can bring

    We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take up a leadership role in our Specialist Operations department.

    Specialist Operations is the department that provides Customer Services for the Top 50 Aegon clients alongside providing support for customers who are involved in Bereavement, Pension Sharing and Serious Ill Health Claims.

    As Operations Manager you will focus on ensuring Aegon's operation is efficient and all service metrics adhered to across all propositions. You must also ensure that the customer experience is maintained and that all activities are undertaken in line with agreed KPI's.We are particularly interested in people who have absorbed customer journey improvements into an operational function while maintaining great customer NPS.

    We'd love to hear from you if you have:

    • Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment within Financial Services
    • Best practice operational and business management experience
    • Working in complex organisational environments, with various stakeholders, with competing dependencies and drivers
    • Operating in a continuous business and customer improvement environment
    • Project management and change delivery from an operational perspective.
    • Experience of managing an area made up of multiple teams across different UK locations.

    It'd also be great (but not essential) if you've got:

    • Knowledge of the legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements related to pension products.
    • Knowledge of FCA Sourcebook T&C requirements

    What's in it for you?
