Sheffield, UK (fully office-based)
Working Hours: 9:00 to 17:30 and 11:30 to 20:00, 5 days a week, Monday - Sunday
Salary: 25,750 GBP + bonuses
Looking for a motivated Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our team.
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling calls, emails, live chat inquiries, returns, and ensuring top-notch customer experiences.
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy assisting others, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is ideal for you.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Issue Resolution:
Efficiently resolve customer problems, complaints, and escalations with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Manage customer returns and exchanges smoothly while following company policies.
Gain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.Build customer relationships by offering personalized support and addressing concerns.
Above and Beyond:
Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and proactive assistance.
Record customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
Collaboration:
Work with different teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and solve complex issues.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.Proficiency in computer skills and customer service software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and go the extra mile for customers.
