- Auditable safeguarded account reconciliations, complying with Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSRs)
- Daily reconciliation of payments
- Reconcile all customer accounts through multiple products, spanning cash and investments
- Ensure accurate accounting of payment transactions
- Setup and continuous improvement of reporting and reconciliation processes
- Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate reporting and distribution of information across the business
- Work with the product team on new features to understand financial operations impacts and new requirements
- Capacity planning, team management, coaching and career development
- At least 4 years experience in finance operations, ideally having taken part in setting up new reconciliation processes
- Experience managing a small team of analysts
- In-depth understanding of control frameworks and safeguarding regulations, preferably from working in a regulated environment
- Experience within a high-growth business
- Intermediate-advanced Excel
- Continuous improvement approach
- Someone happy to work from our office in Shoreditch 3 times per week
- This is a role within the Operations team relating to client funds and is not a Finance role
