This exciting role involves shadowing the existing BDM, learning the ropes, and actively contributing to the growth of their business.
Exceed New Business Targets:
Develop tactical and strategic engagements to surpass annual new business and profitability targets.
Execute Strategy:
Deliver required results in alignment with the company's values and regulatory expectations.
New Business Contact Strategy:
Create and execute a new business contact strategy to expand distribution and achieve set goals.
Broker/Clients Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process, ensuring SLAs and regulatory quality requirements are met.
Proposition Implementation:
Present and implement a comprehensive proposition, adding value to distribution channels.
Cultivate New Business Opportunities:
Develop relationships with brokers and introducers for repeat and referral business.
Channel Management:
Manage distribution channels for quality of business and conversion through training, education, and support.
Foster partnerships with introducers and represent the business at trade shows and industry functions.
Compliance:
Abide by company policies, procedures, and regulatory legislation, ensuring accurate records on the CRM system.
Strong relationship-building skills with brokers and introducers.
