    We are looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our team in London to work on a prestigious Central London mixed-use developments.

    AECOM plays a critical role in the conceptualisation and creation of amazing spaces, delivering projects and buildings that define skylines and communities.

    AECOM Buildings & Places is made up of dedicated teams delivering projects in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Sports Venues, Work Places, Education, Government and Healthcare.

    We are friendly, busy and motivated with an established track record of successfully delivering local and overseas projects.

    22 Bishopsgate, Knightsbridge Estates, 5 Broadgate, Palace of Westminster, Greenwich Peninsula, Kidbrooke Village, Southbank Place, Arctic Science Centres, The Bank of England, BBC Broadcasting House, The Titanic building in Belfast and the St Pancras Chambers Hotel in London to name but a few.


    We are an industry leader in project management and construction management services for large capital projects and oversee activities ranging from the full life-cycle of a project.

    The project management team serves both private and public clients in a wide range of sectors. We believe that project management is first and foremost about providing our clients with certainty of outcomes.

    We look beyond the traditional time, cost, quality view of project delivery and look to understand what is truly important to our clients and how we can better service them.

    Our team has increased demand for individuals with front-end design experience and contract administration experience.

    You will need to manage and take ownership of all aspects of the project, proactively engaging with the client, construction and design team to drive the project forward.

    When managing a contract, you will be required to positively engage with the construction and design team and work collaboratively to address risks and avoid claims and disputes whilst maintaining meticulous records to allow you to quickly respond to issues arising and form an informed and balanced opinion having due regard to the building contract.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills;


    • Experience in JCT contract administration;
    • Strong in setting up and implementing robust Project Management processes
    • Demonstrate financial acumen relating to viability and cashflows
    • Professional Qualification – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master's Degree
