    The Role

    You will be responsible for developing our customer retention strategy through the delivery of targeted communications to users of both Smarkets and our Sportsbook product, SBK. The ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge and experience in customer comms planning & execution.

    The Team

    The Marketing team looks after all aspects of customer acquisition and retention strategy across both the Smarkets and SBK products. This includes all through the line activity from Affiliates to Promotions and Content. The team works closely with the Product function to ensure users receive the best possible experience.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy that engages our customers with personalised, targeted and relevant campaigns across all lifecycle stages.
  • Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to ensure effective and timely end-to-end operational delivery of CRM programs for all campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push and web notifications).
  • Proactively monitor customer KPIs and CRM campaign impact; identifying opportunities to optimise, automate and scale.
  • Role Requirements:

  • 1+ years proven experience working within CRM and Email Marketing
  • Proven track record in working with databases and user segmentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management with the ability to manage projects and prioritise
