The key objective of this role is to drive ACV revenue through co-sell initiatives with the partner ecosystem, focusing on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and partnership performance.
The Channel Partner Manager will be working directly with partners, our sales organization, and clients to reach and report channel revenue targets and to ensure successful client implementation and time to value for our products.
At the role's core are activities and organization-wide capability development around partner relationship management, partnership design and strategy, partner development, partner sales enablement, and co-sell and channel pipeline management.
You will be working directly with our partner team and leadership, executives across the company, such as sales, account, customer success and service leaders, as well as operations and product management executives.
Ensure compliance of partners, e.g. with product or integration certification programs and prescribed deployment approaches and methodologiesEnsure partners are leveraging Intapp training and up-skilling programs on a timely basis; Help to ensure client satisfaction with Intapp's partner ecosystem, its capabilities and specific partners
Report on partner performance and partner/channel program metrics; Substantial experience managing a partner channel ecosystem in an enterprise software company supporting licenses sales growth and strategic services and primary accountability for channel revenue quota achievement
Ability to work directly with senior executives within our partner and Intapp, developing strategies to grow the business for both Intapp and Partner while providing our clients the highest level of services.
Solid knowledge in building a partnership strategy, with an ability to partner across sales, product and internal stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
Solid experience and track record in strategic selling, delivering, and managing a portfolio of clients and projects
Strong networking skills with experience of removing barriers between teams to enable them to complete their objectives
Demonstrated success in Channel Partner Program roles (operational, sales, or program management) delivering complex client solutions within an enterprise software company preferred
