    Tv Audience Insight Manager

    12 month fixed term contract

    An extremely successful and prestigious broadcast production and distribution house has an opening for an experienced Audience Insight Manager to join their team. The company has an excellent portfolio of innovative and award-winning productions which have been distributed globally. The position is London based, and offers 50% in office/ WFH hybrid working.

    In this position you will support international sales as well as the UK production teams and play a key part in unravelling strategic insights to inform decision making. In addition, there will be lots of scope to learn and develop your skills.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Working with and managing panel and survey data, providing insights to help inform decision making.
    • Drafting and analysing surveys and delivering market insights.
    • Managing relationship with the external panel agency and overseeing the schedule for surveys.
    • Liaising with internal stakeholders including production and distribution, preparing presentations and reports to help make informed decisions.
    • Presenting results in written and verbal format.
    • Taking a lead on ad hoc projects.
    • Managing a Junior Insight Executive.

    Experience required.

    • A solid background in audience insights, within either broadcast or streaming or production
    • Experience managing online audience panels as well as the ability to write questionnaires, interpret data and turn into actionable insights,
    • A solid understanding of the market and challenges producers face within the TV broadcast industry.
    • Ability to translate data into insights and communicate these effectively to a non-research audience
    • Experience working with Techedge / and an understanding of Barb metrics
    • A knowledge of the Uk production sector
