    Description
    This pivotal role is managing the construction and operation of cutting-edge battery storage facilities across the UK.

    This 12-month contract, commencing in June or July, offers a chance to steer key projects that will shape the future of energy storage and distribution.


    As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of the renewable energy sector, orchestrating the seamless execution of battery storage installations.

    Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate efficient project progression.
    • Manage budgets, schedules, and all site documentation, maintaining meticulous records.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
    • Resolve any onsite issues promptly, applying critical thinking and decisive leadership.

    Skills & Experience Required:

    • Proven experience in site management, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industry.
    • A strong understanding of health and safety legislation, holding relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work).
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with various stakeholders.
    • Adept at problemsolving and decisionmaking, with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
    • A commitment to sustainability and innovation in energy solutions.
