    HR Business Partner / Manager - Park Royal - 3 days per week - £35-45k pro rata

    This part-time HR Business Partner role invites a candidate with a passion for people and a flair for fostering a dynamic workplace culture.

    • Bring your experience into the business an help them to improve and enhance their employee experience.

    As the HR Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in aligning the strategic objectives of the bakery with the management and development of its staff.

    You will be the touchstone for all HR-related activities, including but not limited to talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment law.

    A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is essential, showcasing your commitment to professional development and a deep understanding of HR practices.


    • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally within a fastpaced environment, will set you apart as a candidate who can navigate the unique challenges of a bustling workplace.
    • A strategic mindset coupled with a handson approach is crucial, ensuring that you can both plan at a high level and engage directly with the daytoday HR operations.
    • Excellent time and project management skills.
