- Lead a team at each allocated Airport, fostering the growth and expertise of team members
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the central point for engineering services for designated contracts
- Manage the day-to-day operation to meet agreed Service Levels, including incident and problem management
- Ensure compliance with technical, financial, quality, safety, and customer requirements
- Handle operational service risks and make decisions based on risk assessments to uphold a safe and efficient engineering service
- Effective management of suppliers, including support in contract negotiations
- Support business growth initiatives
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement
- Advocate for the 'Voice of the Customer' to ensure project success
