    Director Operations,

    As a Business Development Executive at Pragmatic Core, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing sales strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams, conduct market research, and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate has experience in new business development, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

    Type Outline:

    • Work Type: Target Based (Remote)
    • Probationary Period: 3 months
    • Working Hours: UK – GMT Standard Working Hours (Adaptive to Day Light Saving)

    Requirements:

    • Strong internal/external influencer. Excellent motivation and persuasion skills
    • Possesses ability to positively network, motivate, influence, and deliver change & alignment
    • Essential experience of working in a commercial background
    • Excellent listener, presenter, and communicator
    • Intelligent, driven, and able to persuade/express independent views
    • Proven ability to work across multiple markets and diverse cultures
    • Highly numerate, analytical, and comfortable using data and insight to inform thinking and build compelling relevant commercial arguments

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate a track record of success in sales and business development. Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines efficiently.
    • Demonstrate the ability to identify and overcome obstacles in the sales process, providing creative solutions to close deals.
    • Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends. Analyze market data to develop targeted strategies and product/service offerings.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to their needs.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
    • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Adapt to changing market conditions and competition, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development strategies. Share insights and best practices with colleagues.
