    Unit4 Payroll Lead Consultant Location:
    Home Based

    Our Unit4 Payroll Lead Consultant will:

    Work with clients through all stages of the Unit4 Payroll implementation: leading system design workshops, build consultancy, application consultancy and training, providing advice and guidance on best practice configured solutions and business process, ensuring the client achieves the optimum solution to meet their business objectives.

    Ensure solutions are kept within the agreed scope of the project.
    Lead implementations providing business sector and application design expertise, working in collaboration with other workstream consultants as required.

    Keep up to date with technology, especially in relation to Embridge products and facilitate sharing of the latest product news and direction within the team.

    These are just some of the activities our Unit4 Payroll Lead Consultant will be involved with.

    Your knowledge, reliability, and expert support during the consultancy lifecycle will be essential to helping our clients achieve their strategic ambitions and bring positive change to digital landscapes within organisations.

    Here are some of the skills our Unit4 Payroll Lead Consultants must bring:

    Demonstrable experience of implementing Unit4 Payroll software solutions
    Excellent presentation skills – able to deliver to all levels including but not limited to the most senior stakeholders within an organisation / C-level audience
    Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team, versatile and flexible with a can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks as required
    Demonstrable appetite to excel, setting an example to the wider delivery team including other Implementation Consultants, Build Consultants, and clients to deliver high quality outcomes
    Good commercial awareness
    Able to travel across the UK as needed, working remotely when required, with occasional overnight stays

    Knowledge and experience implementing Unit4 in Private and Public Sectors
    CIPD, or similar HR / Payroll qualifications
    Experience working as part of a multi-disciplined project delivery team
    Understanding of implementation methodologies (Prince2, PMI)
