  • Do you enjoy working in a bustling environment? You�ll be meeting deadlines and targets

  • Do you enjoy helping people? You could be responding to our customers and handling correspondence from them
  • Person specification

    As an Operational Officer you could be placed in a variety of teams within our Belfast Office. You will:

  • Be well organised - enjoying working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a great communicator � both in writing and when speaking to people
  • Have good IT skills � you�ve not got to be an expert, just somebody who feels confident using a computer
  • Be adaptable � sometimes ways of doing things change and we need people who are happy to change too
  • Be accurate � this just means having an eye for detail
  • Be confident to make decisions � where you can explain why you�ve made them
  • Be bold and curious � we want people who will look at our information and aren�t afraid to ask questions when things don�t seem quite right.

    Where will you be working?

    We have Operational Officer roles available in a range of exciting teams and we�ll allocate successful candidates to roles. Requirements for office attendance will vary across teams but some of these roles may include the opportunity for hybrid working.� Hybrid workers can work partly from the office and partly from their home, depending on business need.

    All successful candidates may need to attend our Belfast office for up to 5 days per week during their initial training period.

    What security vetting is required?

    Successful candidates must meet the security requirements for Security Check (SC) before they can be appointed. To gain (SC) clearance you will normally need to have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years, and will need to successfully complete all stages of the vetting process.
