    UK Location National Tax Training Manager - £75,000 plus benefits

    We are currently seeking a Tax Training Manager for a top international practice to join their expanding National Tax team. This role has been created to provide support to the tax practice across the firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify necessary training for the tax practice and wider firm.
    • Create and maintain a training matrix for easy access to training options.
    • Develop and deliver technical training content virtually and through face-to-face events.
    • Coordinate with other teams to ensure comprehensive training content meets the needs of tax specialists.
    • Provide support for other National Tax initiatives as required.

    You will be part of the National Tax Team, offering policy, technical, and risk management support to the tax practice. The team is cohesive, capable of collaborative project delivery, and welcomes new members regardless of their work location.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in preparing and delivering training, ideally in virtual and face-to-face settings, or prior experience in a client-facing tax role with an interest in transitioning into training.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Tax technical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
    • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Must be self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize tasks across multiple projects as part of a small team.
