Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager looking for a new professional challenge in the care sector? Our client is searching for a talented Business Development Manager to support with the development of a new care provision based in the beautiful Cornwall region.

Your Role as a

Business Development Manager:

As a pivotal figure in the business, you will spearhead initiatives to broaden the client base, nurture meaningful stakeholder relationships, and grow a new service.

Proactively respond to client tenders and capitalise on emerging business prospects.

Digital Footprint Establishment :
Establish a robust online presence within our targeted markets.

Strategic Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine and execute well planned business development strategies.

Data-Driven Decision Making :
Diligently monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform astute growth strategies.
The Business Development Manager will:
Ideally possess a degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline.
Be proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other essential business development tools.
Hold a valid UK driver's license and be happy to travel around the Cornwall region
