    Conference ProducerLondon 3 days in the office Are you interested in progressing your career in conference production in an established global events company with market-leading B2B event brands?Due to the outstanding success of their current events portfolio, our client is scaling and launching across the business.

    They are looking for a talented and experienced content professional to join their dynamic production team on an established portfolio of events in the thriving renewable energy sector.

    You will be responsible for producing 3-4 market-leading events from their well-known B2B brands as well as being a part of their exciting launch plans as they continue to expand their portfolio.

    You will have the opportunity to travel internationally, predominately in the US and Europe.

    In terms of career progression, you will have the opportunity to work towards their people management or portfolio management career path depending on your interests and skill-sets match.

    The business is based in a vibrant WeWork office which has beer taps, barista coffee, pool tables, and multiple social events.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Conducting in-depth telephone/video/face-to-face research interviews to identify industry trends to support the development of a commercial agenda and event strategyWriting compelling agenda and marketing collateral sales copy to drive delegate and sponsorship interest and bookingsBuilding your own senior advisory board network on each event to vet and improve your agendaRecruiting senior influential industry leaders at top companies as speakers to attract high-quality delegates and key sponsorsCoordinating between your sponsorship, marketing, delegate sales, and event management team members to deliver on key event goalsDeveloping and executing commercial growth plans to grow your event year-on-year Skills required:Strong academic background and have thrived in a commercial conference production roleResearch skills- desk/phone/video/face-to-faceCommunication skills- spoken and written for internal and external contactSales copy skills- for writing the agenda and marketing collateralSales and relationship management skills – to research new and existing contacts and confirm them as advisors and/or speakersOrganisational skills – manage multiple production projects and effectively prioritise key tasks to meet deadlinesAttention to detail- proof agenda and marketing collateral- including websites/brochures/emailsTeam work and leadership – coordinate between marketing, delegate sales, sponsorship, and event management teams to deliver key event goalsSolution focused 'can-do' attitude- to address key internal and external challenges and keep projects moving forwardPlease click apply or send your CV to or
