    Description

    Food and Beverage Executive Assistant - Knightsbridge, London

    To provide full administrative service to the F&B Division under the general guidance and supervision of the F&B Manager. To assist the F&B Manager at all times in the day-to-day operation and to provide hand on assistance to the outlets if operational difficulties occur.

    Key Duties

    • To assist the Manager of Food and Beverage in all administrative jobs in the Food and Beverage Office – forms, reports, correspondence, letters, telephone enquiries.
    • Provide administrative support to the F&B departments
    • Ensure smooth and coherent communication between the F&B outlets and other departments in the hotel.
    • Assisting with effective F&B operations and reporting.
    • Assist the F&B Manager in driving revenue.
    • To assist in the compilation, maintained standards and printing of all wine lists, menus and collateral.
    • To take ownership of the menu updates and layout
    • Cooperating with the marketing and sales department when it comes to promoting the F&B outlets.
    • To assist in monitoring competitor activities and price lists.
    • To assist with the preparation and compilation of the annual F&B business plan.
    • To assist and coordinate special F&B festivals, functions and promotions and attend when required.
    • Take ownership of the internal communication regarding F&B updates with the F&B Manager.
    • Ensure coherent setup in all booking platforms.
    • Assist in taking bookings and support the reservation team.
    • Look after all the group bookings, personalised menu creation and update of BEO.
    • Oversee the sales booking ensuring relevant forms are submitted.
    • Oversee the discounted bookings for colleagues.
    • To attend various F&B meetings, keep up to date with the operations, current and upcoming promotions.
    • To be responsible for issuing an agenda, taking and distributing minutes.
