    Description
    Insight & Analysis Manager
    We are on the lookout for a dynamic Insight & Analysis Manager to join our reputable team.

    This pivotal role is designed for someone who can deliver actionable insights and robust analysis to drive strategic decisions and support our business objectives.

    Support Head of Insight & Analysis in driving consistency and quality acrossall SBU and Group Partner insight

    • Engage and influence internal stakeholders, building productive andcollaborative working relationships in order to ensure high quality,actionable analytical insight is produced and applied
    • Advise on critical success factors in delivering SBU performance andpriorities, applying analytical processes integrating internal and externaldata sources to measure delivery against peer groups
    • Advise on quality and robustness of external data sources to ensure theyare complete, consistent, valid and fit for purpose to ensure it can beleveraged against business needs
    • Maximise the analytical insight output through robust application ofanalytical techniques, visualisation tools and data solutions
    • Expert in mining large and complex data sets, both structured andunstructured
    • Application of statistical techniques in a commercial environment, including forecasting, segmentation, clustering etc. Robust understanding of spatial analysis to enable briefs and interpretation of resultant analysis to manage the process to integrate with other analytical and research output
    • Use this to conduct performance assessments and review the quality and impact on performance
    • Interpret business insight requirements and demonstrate a culture of analytical curiosity through the development of innovative, data driven solutions to produce actionable insight
    • Manage the delivery of insight analysis to support events and business driving marketing activity including post campaign analysis reviewing consumer and customer response
    • Create and share analytical results in a commercial and compelling manner, with ability to visualise insights in a clear, concise and compelling way
    • Contribute to system and data development which aid the design and delivery of customer and portfolio insight
    In-depth knowledge and experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualisation tools.
    Proven track record of leveraging data to drive significant business outcomes.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to use statistical software (such as R, SPSS, SQL, Python, or Excel statistical package) and statistical tools, applied to connect multiple data types and formats
    Experienced in the use of visualisation tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau
    Ability to gather, understand & interpret business requirements, ensuring commerciality in output analysis
    Knowledge of the real estate industry would be desirable
