    Our client is a development management firm looking to hire a Receptionist/Office Manager in their London offices. This is a client-facing role where you will also take on the responsibility of managing the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office management role ideally within professional services.

    Our client is a development management firm looking to hire a Receptionist/Office Manager in their London offices. This is a client-facing role where you will also take on the responsibility of managing the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office management role ideally within professional services.

    In this role you will meet and greet all employees and guests that come to the office while overseeing the efficient running of the office space.

    Ensure that the reception and office area are maintained and presentable at all times
    Issue building passes
    Keep stock of office stationery, supplies, and refreshments
    Communicate with the travel management company to organise travel for teams without admin support
    Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and facilities to ensure proper office management and maintenance
    Responsible for office layout and new starter onboarding
    General office management
    Update databases and travel trackers
    The Receptionist/Office Manager needs to be an organised, proactive and professional individual. Prior experience as a Receptionist/Office Manager is required
    Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
