    Job Title:
    Senior Parts & Service Consultant – Aftermarket

    Salary:
    £60,000 - £74,000 (depending on experience)
    25 days annual leave,
    ~ Up to 18% Bonus
    ~ Cash Car Allowance - £600pcm.
    ~ Contributory pension scheme - Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution Up to 10%
    ~ Contributory share scheme - Caterpillar will match 50% of the employee's contribution.
    ~ Optional flexible benefits including access to health and dental care plans, EV car lease, holiday purchase.

    Flexible working arrangements will be considered for this role, in-line with the needs of the business.

    Caterpillar's Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD) designs, tests and manufactures 0.5 to 18L Cat and Perkins engines that power over 5000 applications including Marine, Petroleum, Industrial Applications, Electric Generators, and Locomotives.

    A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Aftermarket Senior Parts & Service Consultant to join our Sales, Marketing, Servicing & Parts (SMSP) Aftermarket team.

    As the Aftermarket Senior Parts & Service Consultant, you will be responsible for ownership of a portfolio of aftermarket products where you will identify, evaluate and develop initiatives that drive sales growth objectives and profitability.

    You will lead research of growth opportunities through projects and provide expertise in the development and implementation of marketing and growth strategies for the lifecycle of our products and services .

    Leading projects that support our organizational strategy.
    Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; Consulting: ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.
    Strong commercial acumen within a sales environment
    Project Management or Six Sigma black belt experience
    Global Travel up to 25% is required.
    We operate a hybrid working week consisting of three days in the office and two from home.
