- maintain the condition of the building/office, and arrange for necessary repairs

- support colleagues with various tasks including administrative and arranging catering for client meetings
- develop facilities management and office operations budgets for review by the board
- carry out health and safety inductions and office tours with new staff
- review and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observed
- conduct daily, weekly and monthly building checks including fire exits, fire extinguishers, smoke vents, emergency lights and office supplies
- arrange regular testing of water, electrical equipment, fire extinguishers, smoke vents, and safety devices
- handle office contracts and ensure they are renewed on time
- manage the fire risk assessment and subsequent mitigating actions
- arrange first aid and fire warden training staff and monitor when certificates expire
