    Description

    For our client, a premium car manufacturer from China, we are searching for a Procurement Operations Supervisor in London, UK.ResponsibilitiesContribute in setting up the spare parts marketing process and internal working process.

    Plan and maintain inventories and give orders to ChinaRearrange inventories between countries and channelsContribute in creating the spare parts marketing strategy and spare parts pricing strategy.

    Overseeing the new vehicle launch spare parts distribution.
    Overseeing spare parts and accessories stock management.

    Review team and process performance and promote a culture whereby processes are optimised to enable business imperatives to be met in the most efficient manner.

    Motivate and challenge the team, ensuring the delivery of projects, launches, sales and profit targets and all related KPI's.
    Promote the personal growth and development of all team members.
    Interact with regionally based teams to understand market challenges, opportunities, delivery, communication, pricing and product needs.

    RequirementsEducated to Degree level with proven management and leadership skills.8 years of relevant experience in OEMsExperienced in delivery services and project management, influencing key stakeholders and creating substantial outcomes.

    Supply chain, commercial, and pricing experience and ability to interpret and analyse complex numerical and financial data.
    Able to balance daily operational requirements with longer-terms strategic focus.
    Be familiar with the automotive structure, malfunction performance.
    Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
